Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Tammy Gore “stepped down,” announced Board of Directors vice president Gretchen Strouphar during the monthly breakfast Nov. 21.
Gore was not present for the meeting and was not reachable for comment.
“We wish Tammy well,” Strouphar said during the Chamber Networking Breakfast, which was held at and sponsored by Keystone Villa of Fleetwood.
The Chamber Board of Directors have begun the candidate search for a new executive director, “so if you know anyone that might be interested,” to contact the Chamber, said Strouphar.
“We’re excited to see 2015 and you all make this chamber and with your support and help, we’ll be able to locate an executive director and support Michelle (Michelle Schilling, Assistant to Executive Director),” said Strouphar. “If you have anyone you know who may be interested in the position we would love to hear from you.”
