The Institute of Chartered Accountants, U.S. District Society (ICAN-USA) has invited Pamela S. Gockley, a member of the Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce, to speak at their conference on Friday, Aug. 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Renaissance Hotel.
Ms. Gockley will be speaking to about 500 Chartered Accountants from the USA and Canada on the topic of E-Commerce, and the target audience is entrepreneurs engaged in E-Commerce. Her program has been accredited, and attendees will receive CPE credits. Standards are set by the governing body. CPE are required for Chartered Accountants to maintain the highest professional competence and provide professional services.
Gockley Associates was founded in 2004 by Pamela Gockley. Her experiences showed her that there was a need for a new kind of corporate mentoring and training, especially pertaining to women and their increasing influence in the business world. Pam has authored The Reputation Factor: Repositioning to Succeed and The Art of Running Red Lights: Business Innovation with Reputation, set for release in September 2015.
