Photographic Research Organization (PRO) invited Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce Member Pamela S. Gockley to speak at their 2015 Convention, Sept. 26 to 29, at Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
Photographic Research Organization (PRO) is the professional membership trade organization of Pro Masters camera equipment. Ms. Gockley spoke to about 300 independently owned camera store owners, managers and staff from the USA, Australia and Canada. The topics included Building Relationships Online; Referrals, Surveys and Reviews Oh MY!; and Building Relationships In Store. The programs were custom created from case studies including mystery shopping, on-site and calls to members, member interviews and PRO staff input. Gockley Associates preformed the research and created the presentations.
Gockley Associates was founded in 2004 by Pamela Gockley. Her experiences showed her that there was a need for a new kind of corporate mentoring and training. Pam has authored The Reputation Factor(R): Repositioning to Succeed and the newly released The Art of Running Red Lights: Business Innovation with Reputation.
