Thrivent Financial representative Jennifer Weil announced the opening of her new office location at 620 Noble Street in Kutztown.
“I’m thrilled to be located near downtown Kutztown to better serve my members and help them achieve their financial goals,” said Weil.
Weil offers a broad range of financial products and services, and assists individuals with retirement strategies, education funding options, business continuation plans, charitable giving options and estate strategies.
“Thrivent is a membership organization that not only helps our members to be wise with money, but supports their desire to live generously through volunteerism and charitable activities,” she said. “I’m excited to support and promote my member’s generosity at my Kutztown office.”
Weil announced that since starting her business in 2010, her eligible members directed more than $76,500 in Thrivent Choice Dollar charitable grants to more than 140 Berks County churches, schools and nonprofits enrolled in the program.
“As a business owner, it’s gratifying to see the impact you bring to the local community,” added Weil. “To be able to help my members and their families achieve their financial goals, while also helping the local community in such a meaningful way is why I’m so proud to be with Thrivent.”
In addition to the Thrivent Choice Dollar program, Thrivent offers its members the ability to request a Thrivent Action Team in support of service, fundraising and educational activities.
“I’m proud to say my members have requested more than 20 Thrivent Action Teams since the program began in 2014,” she said.
Weil has incorporated that spirit of generosity in her new Kutztown office, devoting space for donations of non-perishable food items and paper goods to the Friends Incorporated Food Pantry. In addition, she also supports the Virginville Junior Grangers with an on-going office collection of aluminum soda tabs in support of Shriner Hospitals.
