Northeast Berks Chamber hosts annual Holiday Luncheon & Silent Auction Dec. 2

The Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce announces its annual Holiday Luncheon & Silent Auction to be held on Friday, December 2, 2016, at Berkleigh Golf Club, Kutztown from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Berks Surveying & Engineering, Fleetwood, is sponsoring the chamber event to commemorate its 25th business anniversary.

Started in 1991 by Bruce T. Rader, P.E., P.L.S., Berks Surveying & Engineering, Inc. celebrates 25 years of business in 2016. Centrally located in Berks County at 311 E. Main Street, in Fleetwood, allows the firm convenient access not only to all parts of the county but also to adjoining counties to provide service to commercial, residential, and municipal customers.

Core services include: Zoning Planning, Land Development Planning, Subdivision & Annexation Planning, Erosion & Sedimentation Control & NPDES Planning, Storm water Drainage Planning, Highway Occupancy Permit Applications, Land Surveying for Boundary Retracement, ALTA Surveys, Topographic Surveying, FEMA Floodplain Surveys & Elevation Certificates, Construction Stakeout, and more.

Recent commercial projects include: Folino Estate Vineyard & Winery near Lenhartsville, Improvements at Cambridge-Lee Industries near Leesport, Dunkin’ Donuts in Kutztown, Large Agricultural Poultry & Dairy Facilities, Arrowhead Business & Industrial Park in Kutztown, St. Luke’s Medical Center & Urgent Care in Andreas, Equipment Display Lot for LIFT Incorporated in Leesport, The Shoppes on 5th Street in Temple, Topographic Surveying for Municipal Sewer Line and Road Improvements.

In addition, Berks Surveying & Engineering has completed land planning for construction of hundreds of residential new homes and subdivision planning for residential developments and provides free estimates.

A Silent Auction comprised of donations from members includes many gift baskets, an entertainment package, gift cards, car-care products, photography, and dining certificates.

Online registration is open at www.northeastberkschamber.com. The cost to attend is $25 in advance for member reservations or $30 for non-members and all reservations at the door.

The mission of Northeast Berks Chamber of Commerce is to be a resource and a voice for its members (and those who are not yet members) in Northeast Berks County.
