Four Brandywine Heights Cheerleaders perform in Philadelphia Thanksgiving Parade

Submitted Four Brandywine Cheerleaders were named All American Cheerleaders when they attended UCA's Pine Forest Cheer Camp this summer. The girls earned the right to perform in the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade. The girls are: Maddie Geiger age 8, front row; Charli Rissmiller age 10 and Brooke Mowry age 10, second row; Maddie Musser age 13, back row.

Four Brandywine Cheerleaders were named All American Cheerleaders when they attended UCA’s Pine Forest Cheer Camp this summer. The girls earned the right to perform in the Philadelphia Thanksgiving Day Parade. The Philadelphia parade is the oldest Thanksgiving parade in the nation. The girls are Maddie Geiger, age 8; Charli Rissmiller, age 10; Brooke Mowry, age 10; and Maddie Musser, age 13.

Maddie Musser is an 8th grader at Brandywine Heights Middle School and cheers for the Brandywine Middle School cheer squad. Maddie Geiger is a 3rd grader at Brandywine Heights Elementary School and Charli Rissmiler and Brooke Mowry are 5th graders at Brandywine Heights Intermediate School.

The three younger girls cheer on the Brandywine Youth Cheer squad.

The parade is televised on Channel 6 ABC at 9am on Thursday, Nov. 28.
