The Animal Rescue League is holding two specific times where customers can come and get their licenses without waiting in line at our front desk for dog licenses. We’ll be in the lobby from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 16.

To make things move even faster, write down the following information and bring it along:

Dogs Name, Age, Breed & Color, Spayed or Neutered

Owner’s Name, Address & Phone Number

Dog licenses are required by PA State Law.

Friday, Jan. 17COMEDY SHOWColorado-centered comedian John Crist will bring laughs 9 p.m. Jan. 17 in a free and public performance in Leedy Theater, Lebanon Valley College, 101 College Ave., Annville.

Sunday, Jan. 19FIRESIDE TALESHomestead Friends and volunteers will read a few stories geared toward young children ages four (4) to eight (8) and their families in the rustic atmosphere of the Wayside Lodge at the Daniel Boone Homestead at 2 p.m. Jan. 19. Children will take part in traditional storytelling as they hear exciting tales of Pennsylvania German culture. Remember to dress warmly and bring a few extra blankets or quilts to relax on and snuggle under!

Wednesday, Jan. 22BEREAVEMNENT SUPPORT GROUP

sudSSpirit Bereavemnent Support Group will hold its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22 at the Exeter Community Library, 4569 Prestwick Dr., Reading.
