The 7th annual Amity Fireman’s Carnival will be held April 29 through May 3 at 47 Pine Forge Rd., Douglassville.
Open 6 to 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, unlimited ride nights. Kitchen opens at 5 p.m. Friday, rides from 6 to at least 11 p.m.

Strollers will be doing a “Lollypop Hike” going west on the green trail to a loop around the campground and returning on the same green trail. About 3 to 4 miles, very easy walking. Option for lunch afterwards. EWC members are welcome to join Clyde as he leads this hike, you do not have to be a Berks Member to participate.

Every Saturday from 7 to 11 a.m. the Pioneer Crossing Landfill Exeter Township drop-off site offers disposal of “white goods” for residents of Exeter, Robeson, and Union Townships and Birdsboro Borough. White goods are appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, etc. The appliances must be dropped off at the landfill.
