The Maple Grove Mennonite Church invites community members to enjoy a musical presentation by the Bontrager Family Singers on Sunday, June 22 at 7 p.m. Marlin and Becky Bontrager are joined by their ten children aged 6 to 22. Their refreshing bluegrass gospel style has been enjoyed throughout the United States and Canada.

Dividing their time between the family farm in Iowa and a busy performance schedule, the Bontragers’ only purpose has been to glorify their Lord and Savior in all that they do. The family’s ministry has been enjoyed in churches, camps, prisons, retirement communities and many other venues. The children create all musical accompaniment needed. Chelsy, their eldest, plays piano, guitar and mandolin. Mitchell adds banjo and bass guitar to the mix. Allison, known for her love of creative arts, adds a violin. Carson plays bass and is known as the family ‘techie.’ Joshua is a noted bookworm who plays Dobro, guitar and banjo. ‘Outdoorsman’ Denver joins in on violin. Taylor, the only blond, is extremely versatile playing piano, bass, guitar and banjo. Elizabeth is known as the family baker and ‘girlie girl’ playing violin and piano. Hudson is another book lover who plays piano and violin. Rebecca, the youngest, has a violin just her size!

Admission to the event is free and open to the public. Maple Grove Mennonite Church is located at 549 Swan Road in Atglen, PA. For directions please visit the church’s website www.maplegrove-atglen.org.
