The dog days of August are almost upon us and speaking of dogs, The Winery Dogs with local guitar hero Richie Kotzen will be storming into the Keswick Theater in Glenside on Wednesday July 30. WTIM friend Leroy Trainer has been on tour with the band across the US and Europe and has been keeping us up to date via facebook. Check out this band you WILL like them.

Lots of WTIM friends are braving the heat to rock you including Levi Bone, Black Hat Boris, Jefferson Wheelchair, Jim Meck, Steve Carlisle, Coahoma Soul, Stephanie Grace, Rivers Monroe and The Pat Garrett Band. Friends it don’t get much better than this or wait … maybe it does. Next week is one of my favorite events, The Fleetwood Blues Festival the event rocks and rolls all day and has it all. Good food, good company and some fine, fine music! If you go and don’t have a good time I will personally refund your admission, oh wait it’s free, so just go and have an awesome time already.

Do you want to see your band or venue listed here at WTIM send an email to tdietterick@21st-centurymedia.com with the particulars (at least 2 weeks in advance) and we’ll get it out there.
