If you are a photography hobbyist or took some great pictures of your family, here is an opportunity to show off your photos.

The Boyertown Area Historical Society is holding their 4th Annual Amateur Photography Show on Saturday, Sept. 20, from 12 to 4 p.m.

There are six categories; people, animals, nature/landscapes, architecture, objects and miscellaneous. The historical society asks that all photos be taken within the boundaries of the Boyertown School District.

Photos may be 5 x 7 or 8 x 10 and should be matted, not framed. Entry forms can be downloaded from our web site, www.boyertownhistory.org, or pick one up at the Boyertown Area Historical Society building. There is a small entry fee per photo. There is no limit to the number of entries and all age groups are welcome to participate.

Entries may be delivered to the Historical Society at 43 S. Chestnut St, Boyertown, during the following hours: Tuesdays 5 to 9 p.m., Wednesdays 9 a.m to 5 p.m., Thursdays 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and Friday, Sept. 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m..
