One of the most enjoyed events I host each year is the Sportsmen’s Expo at the Oley Valley Community Fairgrounds at 27 Jefferson St. in Oley.
This year, the Expo will be held on Saturday, Aug. 29 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will feature blackpowder muzzleloader demonstrations, including vintage flintlocks, marine and boating equipment, fishing, and hunting experts who will answer all your questions.
This year, we will have renowned Pennsylvania firearms and Second Amendment attorney Joshua Prince in attendance to give a lecture on the Castle Doctrine and reciprocity.
Hunting has an economic impact of more than $1.5 billion a year in Pennsylvania and supports about 15,000 hunting related jobs.
