Join Building a Better Boyertown (BBB) for Santa’s arrival at our Chillin’ on Main with Santa event scheduled on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It will be a day of family activities right on East Philadelphia Avenue, Boyertown. (Philadelphia Avenue will be closed from Chestnut Street to North Reading Avenue from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.).
Be sure to bring your “Santa wish list” and receive a free 4″ x 6″color photograph taken by Aimee Marie Photography for everyone who sits with Santa, compliments of the BBB. Plus, don’t miss the mischief brought to you by “the Grinch” and new this year look for “the Elf on the Shelf”.
Come out and enjoy the holiday window decorations provided by local art students, craft tables where you can create holiday memories, and this year’s Tree Decorating competition. Plus, don’t forget about the bear scavenger hunt, story time, entertainment, refreshments, community spirit and so much more!
Music will be playing for the entire event, beginning with the Boyertown Alumni Band for Santa’s arrival and following with DJ Chris Mackey to provide holiday music and announcements.
Don’t miss the performance by “Let’s Get Dancing” holiday dancers, reindeer food give-a-ways provided by the Boyertown Community Library, hot chocolate brought to you by the Salvation Army and of course lots of cookies to be handed out by the volunteers of Building A Better Boyertown.
