Mifflin Community Library’s Annual Edible Book Festival is slated for Saturday, April 22, noon until 3 p.m. This event will be a celebration of art, books, food and fun.

Anyone can enter their creation of an edible piece of artwork that looks like a book or is related to books. Registration is encouraged, but surprise entries will be accepted. Make sure to drop off your creation at Mifflin Community Library before noon on April 22 because the exhibit and voting start then.

The exhibit and voting are open to everyone.

Awards will go to the Most Creative, Most Punderful, Best Looking, Most Appetizing, Best Youth Entry and People’s Choice. Prizes will be awarded for the winning creations. Winners will be announced at 2 p.m. followed by the “cutting of the cake” and eating. It promises to be a good time for all ages.
