The Exeter Community Band will perform in concert from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 15, at Berks County Heritage Center, 1102 Red Bridge Road, Reading. Cost is $5 per car.
The Exeter Community Band is an all-volunteer band made up of local community members from all walks of life who have come together to do something they really enjoy…play music. They play all types of music; anything from marches to Jazz, to some more modern pieces. his year they will feature a song arranged by their conductor titled “Road Trip.” They hope their music will encourage people to get up and dance or to dust off their instruments they might not have played in years and join a local community band.
