Man cited for HarassmentThe Hamburg Borough Police report that Michael Vincent Biondo, 32, from Hamburg, was cited for Harassment. This stems from an incident that occurred on Monday, Jan. 20 at approx. 10:30 a.m. where he allegedly harassed a 27-year-old female from Hamburg.
Man strikes parked car on South 4th Street (January)
The Hamburg Borough Police report that a Reportable Traffic Accident occurred on Saturday, Jan. 4 at approx. 2:25 a.m. in the 500 block of South 4th Street in Hamburg. Clifton W. Conrad, 30, from the Hamburg area, was traveling northbound on South 4th Street when he lost control of his vehicle, crossed over the yellow line and struck a vehicle that was legally parked on the west side of South 4th Street. The legally parked vehicle was owned by April Marie Siegfried, from Hamburg. Unknown if Conrad had a seat belt on and no injuries were reported at the scene. Both vehicles were towed.

The Hamburg Borough Police report that a Reportable Traffic Accident occurred on Saturday, December 14, 2013, at approx. 6:24 a.m. in the 300 Block of South 4th Street in Hamburg. Daniel Kofchock, 23, from Hamburg, was traveling north on South 4th Street when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a legally parked vehicle owned by Tilon Ross of Reading. After striking Ross’s vehicle Kofchock’s vehicle landed on its’ side in the middle of the street. Kofchock had his seat belt on and reported no injuries at the scene. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
Man charged with Theft by Deception
The Hamburg Borough Police report that Mark Anthony Conner, 21, from the Hamburg area, was charged with Theft by Deception, Tampering With or Fabricating Physical Evidence, Receiving Stolen Property and Theft of Property that was Lost, Mislaid or Delivered by Mistake. This stems from an incident that allegedly occurred on November 1, 2013 at approx. 10:42 p.m. in Plum Alley in Hamburg.
Juvenile males referred to Juvenile Court for Theft from Motor Vehicles
The Hamburg Borough Police report that a 14-year old male and a 15-year-old male from the Hamburg area, a 15-year-old male from the Shoemakersville area and a 15-year-old male from Strausstown, were all referred to Juvenile Court for Theft from Motor Vehicles and Receiving Stolen Property. These charges stem from numerous incidents that allegedly occurred between October 29 and October 30, 2013 in the Borough of Hamburg.
