Lori Reighn Matta, formerly of Kutztown, and her husband, Dr. John Matta, are proud to announce the birth of their daughter. Liliana Grace Matta was born on Monday, Feb. 24, 2014. The proud grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Steve Neas of Kutztown and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reighn of Topton.
