Each passing year is another year to celebrate.

The Center at Spring Street held its 39th Anniversary Celebration on Thursday, March 27. The Mardi Gras themed celebration included special favors and door prizes.

Executive Chef, Richard Mackey, Jr. and Prep Chef, Ursula Wieland, assisted by volunteers, prepared a special menu for the anniversary. The meal started with fresh fruit cocktail and was followed by a delicious, sausage, shrimp & chicken medley, rice pilaf, carrots and ended with a scrumptious banana pudding tart for dessert. After the meal, special entertainment was provided by the very talented Karl Hausman who filled the Center with his beautiful piano tunes.

There were 135 in attendance for the Center’s anniversary celebration.
