Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the death of Walter Markley Fox III, 21, who was found deceased on April 12 at 4:59 p.m. at Centre Avenue in Topton Borough. At this time, this death is being investigated.

Burger King employees encounter terroristic threats in Maxatawny

Pennsylvania State Police report an incident of terroristic threats on April 13 at 10:30 p.m. at Burger King located on Kutztown Road in Maxatawny Twp. The actor entered Burger King and made terroristic threats to two of its employees. The actor then left the Burger King in an unknown direction in an unknown vehicle. DUI results in car accident in Maxatawny

Joseph Davies, of Emmaus, was driving north on Krumsville Road in Maxatawny Twp. on April 13 at 2:55 a.m. when he lost control of his vehicle and struck a concrete bridge and guide rail. Davies was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Not wearing his seat belt, he sustained moderate injury. His car was towed from the scene.

Registration plate theft in Lyon Station

Pennsylvania State Police report a theft between April 8 and April 10 on West Mill Street in Lyon Station. The victim’s registration plate, PA YKK4435 fell off his vehicle while it was being towed by a tow truck company. Tire in the road causes accident in Maxatawny Twp.

Jeffrey Moyer, of Pottsville, was driving north on Krumsville Road in Maxatawny Twp. when his vehicle struck a tire in the middle of the road on April 13 at 3 a.m. He was not injured, and was wearing his seat belt. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
