Christian John Myers escaped from the ADAPPT Treatment Services Center, Reading, and a warrant was issued for the individual. Myers is described as a 28 year old white male with an approximate height of 6’00 and weight of 210 lbs. He has blonde shaved hair and hazel eyes with a light skin complexion. Tattoos: Skull w/ tribal band on left arm, clover leaf on left arm, portrait of Jesus on right arm, ‘CJ’ on right arm, Hand print on chest, ‘Lily’ on back, scar on right arm.
