AMITY – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a township resident who has been missing since June 1.

Robert Kosik, 65, of Sunset Drive was reported missing on June 5 by neighbors and family, who had not heard from him or seen him since that Sunday, police announced in an email Tuesday afternoon.

Kosik is believed to have left his home without taking any personal belongings or his vehicle, police said. Police conducted a search near Kosik’s residence with the assistance of the Volunteer Medical Service Corps of Lansdale K-9 Search and Rescue Team. Nothing was discovered indicating Kosik’s whereabouts, police said.

Kosik is 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds, has grey hair, a long goatee and walks with a limp. He may be diabetic, police said.

Anyone with information on Kosik’s location should contact Amity Township Police at 610-689-6002.
