A PennDOT contractor will be working on Lincoln Rd. between PA 345 and Redlane Rd., June 16 to Aug. 18.
Lincoln Road is closed and detoured for reconstruction of the intersection with PA 345. Eastbound Lincoln Road traffic will be detoured on Redlane Road, US 422 and PA 345. Westbound Lincoln Road Traffic will be detoured on PA 345, US 422, Sunset Manor Drive, Claire Drive and Fairview Chapel Road. Allow for extra time traveling through the area. The closure is related to the $14,547,827 project to replace the PA 345 Bridge over the Schuylkill River. The project began in August 2102 and is expected to be complete in June 2015.
Rain will cause additional delays.
