Right from the Start Daycare and Preschool Center, in Hamburg, is currently celebrating its tenth year. The center held a ten year anniversary celebration for families of the past, present and future on June 7 which featured music, outdoor games, open playground areas, bounce house, food and refreshments, and pictures displayed from throughout the past ten years. Throughout the day there were approximately 75 people who stopped by to reminisce and celebrate the milestone.
Lisa Zimmerman, Director of Right from the Start Daycare and Preschool Center, took a moment to reflect on the ten year anniversary.
‘We are celebrating our ten year anniversary in 2014 and RFTS would like to extend our thanks to all of our children, families, and employees for the ongoing relationships, dedication, support and trust you’ve placed in us. This milestone belongs to us all.
RFTS was founded in 2004 and has achieved a decade of high quality early childhood education for young children in the community and beyond. Through the years, the center is abuzz with many different learning activities such as fine & gross motor skills, social & emotional skills, and cognitive skills. Coupled together with family involvement, developmentally appropriate curriculum, degreed staff, and program quality standards, RFTS feels we have built strong foundations for learning for our young children.
RFTS is honored to be recognized as a Keystone Star center since our opening in 2004, working our way up through the star rankings from a Star 1 to a Star 4 center, which we humbly admit is a direct result of the success we have achieved jointly with our children and their families, our staff, our classroom environments and the business itself.
We are proud of what we have achieved over the last decade, it’s a time for the center to reflect on where the center has been and to reaffirm RFTS’s philosophy to provide high quality childcare for families; we really are passionate about early childhood education and strongly believe in the value it brings to the community and beyond.
We are excited to celebrate both the past ten years and look forward to our next ten years in business. Thanks again to our children and their families and our employees who helped us reach this milestone.’
