Digital First Media today announced the appointment of Steven B. Rossi as President, in addition to his previous role as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Rossi has been serving as Chief Operating Officer since January of this year. Mr. Rossi, who had been an Executive Vice-President of Digital First Media for the previous two years, has a long and distinguished career in newspapers. His previous positions include: Executive Vice- President and Chief Operating Officer of MediaNews Group; Chief Financial Officer of Knight Ridder; President of Knight Ridder Newspaper Division; Senior Vice-President of Knight Ridder Newspapers and Executive Vice-President and General Manager of the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News.
