Four suspects from Operation Tourniquet arrested in Florida, one arrested in Hamburg

Inn the early morning hours on July 3, the following four drug dealers from last week’s Operation Tourniquet were arrested in Florida by the U.S. Marshals, Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force. The fugitives were apprehended at the direction of Special Agent Brian Hicks of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Arrested were:Luis Ramirez, 23,

Edwin Colon, 34Mariano Cardona-Torres, 29

Nestor Gonzalez-Mendez, 23In addition, this morning Detectives from the Berks County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force arrested Samuel Stumhofer at his Hamburg residence.

Dealers were charged with the following: Corrupt Organizations, Criminal Use of Communication Facility, Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities, Possession, Possession with the Intent to Deliver Controlled Substances, Delivery of Controlled Substances

Street level customers were charged with the following: Possession of Controlled Substances, Criminal Use of Communication Facility
