Saturday, Aug. 16, marked Building a Better Boyertown’s 6th Dog Days of August. The event gave community members and their canines the opportunity to meet and greet each other while visiting downtown.
The three hour event took over the intersection of North Chestnut Street, East Philadelphia Ave. and the Community Walkway in Boyertown. The annual event encourages folks to make their way throughout town to visit the participating groups and businesses.
Boy Scout Troop #533, Rita’s Water Ice, United Way of Boyertown, Studio B, the Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust, Bark For Life and Building a Better Boyertown were among great amount of participators this year.
