Pennsylvania State Police Hamburg barracks are investigating a theft of copper wire that occurred between Aug. 10 and Sept. 9 at the Kempton Community Center, 83 Community Drive, Albany Twp.
Unknown person(s) arrived on the community center grounds and located several electrical circuit boxes on telephone poles around the grounds. The unknown person(s) then cut the copper ground wires from the circuit boxes. Approximately 25 feet of copper wire from a total of nine circuit boxes was cute.
