The Saddle Cinches 4-H Horse Club will hold its re-organizational meeting on Jan. 26, at Ruhl’s United Methodist Church, 4810 Elizabethtown Road, Manheim. This is a drop in registration meeting, starting at 6:30 p.m. and ending at 8 p.m. This is an informational meeting for new member inquiries and for returning members. It is required that members bring a parent/legal guardian to the meeting; bring emergency contact information as this is needed to complete the youth enrollment form, plus club enrollment membership fee for the year. This 4-H horse club offers plenty of programs and training sessions.
This year we will again be doing a paper enrollment form. Returning club members will also need to sign up. New and returning members need to sign up by the deadline, May 1. New this year, the club will be offering a horse Cloverbud program for ages 5-7, class size will be limited.
The Rabbiteers 4-H Club of Lancaster County will meet on Jan. 26, starting at 6:30 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Farm and Home Center, 1383 Arcadia Rd., in Lancaster. Youth, along with a parent and/or legal guardian, are invited to attend the organizational meeting of this 4-H club, which will focus on learning about, caring for, and showing rabbits.
