The Draggin’ Wagons Car Club couldn’t have asked for a better day for their 6th Annual Spring Car, Truck & Bike Show on May 3.
There wasn’t even the slightest chance of precipitation, no humidity, a pleasant breeze and temps in the upper-70s on a beautiful, sunny spring day. This must have been exactly what the car buffs needed following the brutal, seemingly never-ending winter as a record number of cars, trucks and motorcycles turned out for the event.
Draggin’ Wagons club spokesperson Lauren Borrell reported 200 entries for the show which included door prizes, games, gift basket raffles, a 50/50 drawing and a flea market. Music was provided by Vinyl D.J.s while the Honey Brook Lions Club supplied the food. Lickity Split dished and scooped out the ice cream for dessert. All proceeds from the event will be going to local charities.
The Draggin’ Wagons have some very unique awards and here are the winner’s from the Spring Show.
