The Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles held its first-ever food truck fair on Saturday, June 20 — “The Truck Stops Here—Mobile Madness.”

Nine food trucks were a part of the event, offering a variety of cuisines: The Cow and the Curd (two-time Vendy Award- winner), The Flying Deutschman (2015 Vendy Awards Finalist), Gourmand, Local 215, Luscious Bakery (2015 Vendy Awards Finalist), Mister Softee, The Ocean Roll, Pura Vida, and Taco Mondo. Also participating will be Sly Fox Brewery, who will have their craft beers on tap.

Two of the participating trucks operated out of vintage food trucks built at the Boyertown Auto Body Works—a 1977 Ford used by Mister Softee, and a 1961 International used by The Ocean Roll. The Ocean Roll was built by the Boyertown Auto Body Works as a mobile canteen for the State of Maine’s Civil Defense. It travelled from Kennebunkport, Maine to be a part of Saturday’s festivites.
