PennDOT announced Thursday that nighttime construction on Route 422 will be taking place Sunday and Monday.
U.S. 422 West between Route 100 and Route 662 in Douglass and Amity townships will be undergoing construction on Sunday July 19 and Monday July 20 as part of the Pavement Preservation Project.
Construction will begin at 5 p.m. Sunday night and last until 5 a.m. Monday night construction will begin at 7 p.m. and last until 5 a.m. Restrictions will include intermittent 15 minute traffic stoppage for rumble strip installation, PennDOT said.
