On July 19 at 11:17 p.m., New Holland police responded to the home of Andersan Beamer, 24, at the 500 Block of Main Street after he was found unconscious due to a possible overdose.
Officer Willwerth reported observed drug paraphernalia as well as four baggies of heroin found beside Beamer at the scene.
Charges against Beamer were filed for possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. A mug shot is available upon request. Contact willwema@police.co.lancaster.pa.us.
