The Pennsylvania State Police of Reading responded to a robbery at gunpoint that occurred on Aug. 28 in the Lyons Borough.
At 4:50 a.m., the 20-year-old female victim was walking to work on Ash Street, just north of State Street. The suspect, a male wearing all black and a black ski mask, pulled out a handgun and demanded the victim’s money.
The suspect took the victim’s money and fled north on Ash Street.
The incident is currently under investigation.
