The Turning Leaf Fall Festival was kicked off with the 5th Annual Boyertown Rotary 5K Fall Frolic on Saturday, Oct. 17. A custom trophy and medals were given for Overall Champion Runners (M-F). Medal awards were given to the top three male and female finishers in each age bracket.
The previous Female Record of 21:07 was broken by a new record of 19:19 by 41-year-old Lucie Bergeyova. The old Male Record of 16:55 by broken by a new record time of 16:22 by 17-year-old Bryton Henry.
Darlene Scott, Director of the Race, presented the awards to the finishers. The race was professionally timed by Pretzel City Sports.
