The Goddard School’s annual donation drive for Toys for Tots began Nov. 16 and runs through Dec. 11.

“We welcome our families and the local community to stop by our school and donate a new, unwrapped toy that will go to children in our local community,” said Bonnie Karwat, owner and operator of the Goddard School in Morgantown. “Our approved Toys for Tots collection location will have donation boxes set up in our lobby, which is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.”

The mission of the U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new toys during November and December each year and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community. The primary goal of Toys for Tots is to deliver a message of hope to youngsters.

“Thank you to everyone in advance for your support of this very worthy cause,” Karwat said.

The Goddard School is located at 2201 Valley Road, Morgantown. Those with questions may contact the school at 610-286-3300 or by email to morgantownpa@goddardschools.com.
