Feed your guests simple but great tasting food at your New Year’s Eve Party

Here are a few great recipes for your New Year’s Eve Party.

Smoke Links (mini sausages)1 package mini smoking links/sausages

1 cup brown sugar1 cup pineapple juice

Lay the link on a baking dish and crumble the brown sugar over the top of them. Pour the pineapple juice over the links. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. After sugar has dissolved, baste 3-4 ties during the 45 minute baking.

BBQ Crescent Roll Up2 8 oz. Packages of crescent rolls

1 Cup Shredded Chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)

1/3 Cup BBQ Sauce1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven 573 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Roll out the crescent dough and cut at seams. Top the large side of each triangle with 1 Tbs. Shredded chicken, 1 tsp. BBQ sauce and some shredded cheese. From the large end with the filling on top of it, fold in the sides and roll up to the small tip of the triangle and try and keep all the filling inside the dough. Bake 11-15 minutes or until golden brown. Drizzle with BBQ sauce after you have finished baking for festive look.
