The Honey Brook Township Board of Supervisors recognized several community members who have made a significant contribution to the Township in 2015 at the Regular Board meeting on Dec. 9 at 7 p.m.

Citizens who contributed to the summer youth program and Harmony Day Bike Ride to benefit the Honey Brook Food Pantry were recognized, along with Dick Reeder, who served on the Zoning Hearing Board for six years and the Planning Commission for three and a half years. Refreshments were also served.

Honey Brook is an agricultural community on the western border of Chester County. It is 25 square miles with a population of 7,647, according to the 2010 census.
