Mark the middle of winter by joining Berks County Parks and Recreation for some fun, interactive activities at the Mid-Winter Outing at Blue Marsh Lake in the Conference Center from 1 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 6.

Inside, there will be general information, safety tips and nature crafts. Outside, participants will be exploring either on cross-country skis, snowshoes or while hiking. A search for geocaches with be included along the trail. Bring or borrow a pair of binoculars and find out what you can see while traveling the trail. Please, remember to dress appropriately for the weather.
