The YMCA of Reading & Berks County has hired Brandon Shurr as their new Program Coordinator for the Tri-Valley Branch, located at 607 Crisscross Rd., in Fleetwood.
Brandon has extensive experience mentoring, coaching and leading youth programs. His recent position was with the Big Vision Foundation where he was Director of Sports Operations. Brandon’s main focus will be in the youth sports leagues, and he will assist in the YMCA Summer Camp Programs.
Brandon received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management from Kutztown University.
“We are excited to have Brandon lead our youth league programs at the Y,” said Tri-Valley Branch Executive Megan Dougherty.
