The 62nd Annual Boyertown Area Citizen of the Year Awards Gala is scheduled for Saturday, April 9. Event organizers are now seeking nominations for the 2016 prestigious awards.
The following award categories have been announced: Citizen of the Year, Outstanding First Responder, Outstanding High School Senior, and Outstanding Mentor.
The 2016 Gala is slated for April 9 from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Boyertown Museum of Historic Vehicles.
Deadline for award nominations is Feb. 19. Nomination forms are available via email at boyertowncitizen@yahoo.com or the 62nd Annual Boyertown Citizen of the Year Event Facebook page. Completed nomination forms can be emailed to boyertowncitizen@yahoo.com or mailed to Citizen of the Year, 2 East Second Street, Boyertown, PA 19512.
