Fleetwood Girl Scout Brownie Troop 1793 recently held a “SHE & ME” event and traveled to the Turkey Hill Experience in Columbia, Pennsylvania.

The girls were able to participate in several hands-on activities. Each girl created a virtual ice cream flavor and a packaging container for the carton. The girls created a television commercial for their own specific ice cream.

After they finished, they were able to sample a lot of different ice cream flavors and ice tea drink varieties. The Ice Cream Lab was where they all learned about what is needed to make ice cream. Everyone created their own real ice cream using real flavor extractions and inclusion. This was the most fun and tasty part of the experience.

The entire group enjoy a super fun-filled afternoon and the Girl Scouts earned part of their Brownie Girl Scout Inventor badge.
