Brigadier General (ret) Jim Lillis PA ANG, will give the keynote address at the service, recalling the sacrifice of local servicemen who gave their lives defending our country.

A member of the Exeter Key Club will read John McRae’s wartime poem “In Flanders Fields” followed by the response by officers of the American Legion Auxiliary.

Exeter soloist Jonathan Bingaman will sing “America the Beautiful” followed by the “Star Spangled Banner” played by the Exeter HS marching band, directed by Michquelena Potlunas.

Rev. Wendy Orzolek – Northstar United Methodist Church will give the benediction followed by a salute by M-1 Squad Jeff Shilling and Jesse Ritz.

The memorial service will conclude with the playing of “Taps.”
