The Heritage of Green Hills, a healthy life plan community in Shillington, has appointed Kerry Williard as director of plant operations. In this position, Williard is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the physical plant at the 78 acre Heritage campus, which includes Green Hills Manor, a personal care community.

Prior to joining The Heritage of Green Hills, Williard was director of facilities management and support services at The Reading Hospital Medical Group, a part of the Reading Health System. He has more than 25 years of experience in a variety of healthcare management and administrative positions.

Williard has earned certifications from American Society for Clinical Pathologists Board of Registry (Certified Medical Technologist); American Society for Clinical Pathologists Board of Registry (Certified Microbiologist); and the American Society of Microbiology. “The Heritage of Green Hills is fortunate to have Kerry join us,” said Doug Walther, executive director of the community. “He brings a wealth of healthcare and facilities management experience to our community, and he will be a real asset as we create and maintain an atmosphere that helps promote healthy and sustainable lifestyles for our residents.”
