The Heritage of Green Hills, a healthy life plan community in Shillington, recently exhibited paintings and photos of resident Paul Laincz. The exhibition included more than 50 of Laincz’s works.

For 32 years, Laincz was associate professor of photography at Kutztown University. In 1981, he received the Commonwealth Teaching Fellowship Award from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for educational achievement. Laincz frequently enters his photographs and paintings in local exhibitions.

Last year he won the third place award in photography at the Senior Festival of the Arts and the second place award at the Berks Art Alliance Juried Exhibition.
