The 10th annual Extreme Illusion Auto, Truck & Bike and Music Competition show was held under beautiful sunny skies on June 18 at the Advance Auto distribution center in New Smithville.
The event attracted more than 250 cars and trucks in addition to 15 motorcycles and was a new record for the popular event. More than 25 participants competed in the music competition segment of the show and there was also a Car Limbo Contest as well.
The event is more than just a car show, it’s a family event, complete with a bounce house and giant inflatable air slide. There were also 17 vendors on the grounds for the event.
Event coordinator Luis Acevedo said, “We are proud to announce that we donated $2,000 to the Lehigh Valley Hospital Breast Cancer Center. But it doesn’t end there. We will be having an All Pink Night Out where we will be hosting numerous breast cancer survivors at a dinner with a spokesperson at Chicago Restaurant in Allentown. This will be paid in full from the money we raised from this event.”
Next year’s event, Extreme Illusion 11, will be held on June 17, 2017.
