Ernie and Virginia Conrad, along with their fur baby Roux, have waited a long time for this day, so long that they decided to move into Frederick Living in January of 2015. And then they waited and watched as their new home was going through many different stages.
On June 25, Ernie, Virginia and Roux are the first of many moves ins scheduled to take place over the next few months at Frederick Living into The Meadows. With tears of joy in their eyes, they cut the ribbon to the entrance of their new home!
The Meadows at Frederick Living is an innovative design based on the architectural pocket neighborhood concept – showcasing a colorful collection of cottages clustered around beautifully landscaped common areas.
Each cottage features geothermal heating and cooling, with floor plans ranging from approximately 1,200 to 1,750 square feet. One floor and two floor plans are available.
Frederick Living continues to take reservations on these beautiful new cottages. We have begun to take reservations for phase two and three!
