Seven year old Cub Scout JJ Habres, from Pack 36 in Gilbertsville, won the World Pinewood Derby Championship. The event was held in the middle of Times Square on Saturday, June 25. There were close to 300 Scouts competing from all across the country. This is JJ’s first year as a Cub Scout. To get to the World Championship, he won his pack, district and council races.
