After completing their investigation, Police arrested Tricia Hottenstein, 29, of Kutztown, for Confinement of Dogs following an incident that occurred at a residence in the 400 block of E. Main Street.
June 13
After completing their investigation, Police arrested Justin Kunkle, 45, of Kutztown, for Receiving Stolen Property, Registration Required, Driving Under Suspension/DUI Related, Operating Vehicle without Financial Responsibility, Certification of Inspection Required, Habitual Offenders, Registration Card in Vehicle other than Vehicle Issued and Fraudulent use or Removal of Registration Plate following an incident that occurred in the 100 block of W. Main Street.
After completing their investigation, Police arrested Howard Sellars, 22, of Coatesville, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or a Controlled Substance, Driving Under Suspension and for a Stop Sign Violation following an incident that occurred in the 00 block of Noble St.
June 15
Police are investigating the report of Theft after items were reported missing from the rear of Sheer Indulgence, 219 W. Main Street. Police did recover and return the items to the owner and are continuing their investigation to identify the suspect.
