Main Street in Kutztown will get colorful again on July 30, when it hosts the second annual Kutztown Classic Car Kruizz.
“All types of cars are encouraged to participate,” said Kelly Neyhart, event chair. “The beautiful classics we had last year as well as muscle cars, motorcycles, military vehicles and those maybe not so old, but show-off worthy.”
Proceeds will benefit the award-winning Kutztown Strong, the community group committed to combatting substance abuse. The group has made such an impact in Kutztown and the surrounding area in the last two years.
Registration for this event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., followed by the car display and Main Street events from 12 to 5 p.m.
After a break for dinner, The Fabulous Greaseband will perform in the Kutztown Park Bandshell at 7 p.m., with a car-related movie in the park at 9 p.m.
