Tilden Township Police cited a teen for an alcohol violation at Kernsville Dam on Kernsville Dam Road, Lot #2, in Tilden Township on July 27 at 1:23 p.m.
Tilden Township Police Chief William J. McEllroy III reported that Rachel Hunt, 19, Keansburg, N.J., was cited for Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages after “she was observed by police holding an open beer can in her hand with her arms out of the window of a moving vehicle as it passed two police patrol vehicles on Kernsville Dam Road.”
